Biography

Muhammed  has represented major international and domestic corporations in their contracts, litigation and energy & infrastructure projects (including EPC projects and PPPs). Besides projects and litigation, he is also experienced in acquisition finance, Islamic finance, capital market transactions, employment law, intellectual property law and alternative dispute resolution methods including mediation and arbitration.

He began his career as a member of the project team of an international law firm in Turkey. He primarily participated in the process of drafting, revising and negotiating EPC contracts and supply agreements for energy & infrastructure projects. He assisted in buyer and seller’s due diligence reviews and privatization & public tender processes.

Currently, he advises and represents leading international and domestic corporations in relation to contracts, litigation and energy & infrastructure projects as well as technology & data protection, employment law, corporate law, environmental law and mining law.
